YARD Continues Distributing Multi-Purpose Cash Assistance in Al-Jawf Governorate, First Batch, 2024

Most displaced and affected families live in environments where they have access to markets and services. Providing these vulnerable families with Cash Support will help them safely meet their needs and it contribute to the development of local economy

 

 For the seventh successive year, Yemen Al-Khair Foundation for Relief and Development (YARD) has been distributing Multi- Purpose Cash Assistance through its partnership with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and in coordination with the SCMCHA and other concerned authorities in AL Jawf governorate. The first batch of MPCA assistance,2024, has been recently launch through AL Amal Bank for 938 on Sunday, January 21, 2024. This activity is implemented within protection, shelter and CCCM project. UNHCR uses the cash transfer modality to provide protection to the most vulnerable people. They can access essential needs and help the smoothly supervise and follow up the distribution process.
