YARD Conducted a Training on Communication Skills for its Employees

Within the Camp Management and Camp Coordination Project, funded by UNHCR, and within the interest of YARD to improve the capacity of employees, they organized a training on Sunday 14^th of March entitles “Effective Communication Skills”. This training was held by Dr. Ahmad Al-Goumari.

The over-all objective is to build the capacity of the employees on acquiring effective social communication among staff members & other stakeholders.

 

This training also compromised relevant skills of concepts of effective communication of the factors that might affect such a skill, including persuasion of agreement skills.

Upon the end, the Trainer gave a space for the trainees to ensconce an open discussion as to conclude the training session.
