Establishing 150 Emergency Latrines in Al-Hazm and Al-Ghail Districts in Al-Jawf Governorate

In order to preserve the dignity of the IDPs, and to improve good practices in environmental sanitation, and to reduce the habit of open defecation, Yemen Al-Khair for Relief and Development Foundation (YARD), established 150 emergency latrines in the two districts of Al-Hazm (106) and Al-Ghayl (44) during the period from 16 - December - 2020 to 4 - March - 2021, along with the required sewage piping connection system.

This intervention comes within the Provision of Lifesaving WASH Emergency Project for IDPs, funded by UNICEF.
