YARD Conducts Training Workshop to Develop Staff Capacity on Management Quality

Within the project of Protection, Shelter and CCCM funded by UNHCR, YARD conducted a training workshop for the staff on (Management of Comprehensive Quality) in the training hall of the amusement sport club on July, 8 and 10,2021. This came as part of the foundation policy to build the capacity of the staff so as to reach the best quality of implementation activities meeting the desires of beneficiaries YARD is working for.

 

The overall target of the workshop was to enhance the capacity of the staff so as to apply the skills and principles of the comprehensive quality in relation to work environment and during their performance of duties and responsibilities. The workshop discussed quality management issues, quality management ways, quality management principles and patterns of quality management.

 

The trainer used the modern aids during the training and examples of real situations, in addition to related videos and exercises.

 

At the end of the workshop, the head of the foundation delivered a speech in which he thanked the executive director and the staff for their efforts exerted during the last period.
