Distributions of Rapid Response Kits during the Second Quarter of 2021

Entering a new year of the humanitarian crisis, severe economic decline and the collapse of basic services have exacerbated existing vulnerabilities, forcing families to face multiple crises, including armed conflict, displacement, risk of disease outbreaks, which also have created one of the most man-made humanitarian crises in YEMEN.

Due to the continuous armed conflict and economic collapse of Mar’ib and Al Jawf governates During the Q2 of 2021, more than one thousand vulnerable displaced families risk not having access to adequate shelter and lack of food, exposing them and their families to the urgent need of emergency food assistance communicable diseases, and increased protection risks.

As part of Rapid Response, YARD responded to the situation by distributing No. of 1530 RRM kits targeting 1530 households s, 9044 Individuals which funded by UNFPA.
