YARD Participates in the Framework of Reviewing Humanitarian Relief Efforts Meeting in Al-Jawf Governorate Organized by SCMCHA- Al-Jawf Branch

On 19^th Sep. 2021, the Supreme Council for the Management and Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs and International Cooperation (SCMCHA) organized a coordination meeting in which all humanitarian partners working in the governorate were invited. At the meeting, the project coordinators and managers of the Foundation exhibited presentations for the implemented activities and the services provided by the YARD to the IDPs and the affected communities in the area. The presentations showed multi-sectors intervention such as, protection, shelter, shelter, camp management and coordination, in addition to the rapid response to the displaced, water and environmental sanitation, which were implemented by the YARD and funded by the UNHCR, UNICEF. and UNFPA.

 

On the other side, services provider's representatives gave presentations on interventions in the areas of women's protection, food and health.

 

The director of SCMCHA branch in the governorate also emphasized the importance of development and sustainable projects. He also discussed with the attendees all the difficulties and challenges that may face all active partners in the governorate.
