On September 27, 2021, funded by the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) and within the rapid response mechanism project for the IDPs, Yemen Al-Khair Foundation for Relief and Development (YARD) held a training workshop entitled (Integrated Quality Management) within the framework of continuous training and development, to raise the efficiency of the performance and capabilities of the team, which contributes In raising the level of providing humanitarian services to the displaced and affected communities.
The general objective of the workshop was raising the capabilities of the work team in applying the skills and principles of Integrated Quality Management in the work environment and during the implementation of their tasks. In addition to focusing on the concepts of quality management, the history of quality management, methods of quality management, principles of quality management, and models of quality management.
During the workshop, the trainer used modern and interactive methods such as realistic examples, expressive videos, and practical activities and exercises.
At the conclusion of the workshop, the trainees expressed their gratitude to the trainer for his efforts in delivering information as well as providing them with new knowledge and skills in their work field.
