Funded by the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) and as part of the RRM project, YARD held a training workshop entitled "Comprehensive Quality Management" on October 3rd, 2021 as part of ongoing training and development. The workshop was held to increase the efficiency of team capacity-building performance, contributing to improving the level of humanitarian service provided to displaced persons and affected communities.
The overall objective of the workshop is to raise the capabilities of the team in applying the skills and principles of overall quality in the work environment, as well as during the implementation of their tasks. The workshop touched on the concepts, history, methods, principles and models of quality management.
The trainer used modern methods during training, reality contact examples and also expressive videos, as well as the contrived entertainment style inside the hall. Through practical activities and exercises, the product of the training process emerged through the outstanding interaction of the trainees.
At the end of the workshop, the trainees thanked the trainer for his efforts to deliver information and gain new knowledge and skills in their field of work.
