YARD Holds a Workshop with the Title of (Procurement Procedures, Logistics, and Tenders Technical and Financial Analysis Methods at the NGOs and INGOs) to Develop the Capabilities and Skills of its Employees

In order to develop the capabilities and the practical skills of the employees, Yemen Al-Khair for Relief and Development Foundation (YARD), funded by the UNHCR, implemented the workshop entitled (Procurement Procedures, Logistics, and tenders Technical and Financial Analysis Methods at the NGOs and INGOs), which was held by Nase’a Center for Qualifying and Training at its headquarters during the period from 28 to 31/March / 2022 _ Sana’a Governorate
 
The general objective of the training included:

• The Five Procurement Principles in accordance with the United Nations principles
• Internal and external challenges of procurement
• The most used procurement forms and documents in NGOs & INGOs with real examples
• Documentary course of procurement (direct purchase, competitive 3 offers) in NGOs & INGOs with real examples
• Documentary course of procurement (tenders) in NGOs & INGOs and methods of technical and financial analysis
• logistic support

 
During the workshop, the trainer used contemporary teaching methods such as real-life examples, expressive videos, and an entertaining style, and the trainees interacted with one another through practical tasks and exercises.
 
At the conclusion of the workshop, the trainees expressed their gratitude to the trainer as well as Nase'a Center for Qualifying and Training for their efforts to communicate information and acquire new knowledge and abilities in their field of work.
