(UNHCR) Multi- Functional Team Visits IDPs CC in a Mid-Term Review Task, Al-Jawf Governorate

On Tue, August 23^{rd ,}2022 UNHCR multi-functional team conducted a field visit to the IDPs CC in AL Marashi district, Al-Jawf Governorate. The visit aimed at getting briefed on the work progress in the activities implemented by Yemen Al Khair for Relief and Development Foundation (YARD) within the protection, shelter and CCCM projects.

 The visiting team was welcomed by the executive manager Eng. Jamal Bahaj, the IDPs CC manager Mr. Naji Mareg and IDPs CC staff.

 

A meeting was held in the IDPs CC meetings hall joined UNHCR multifunctional team and all staff of the CC in which IDPs CC activities performance indicators were reviewed and relevant obstacles and challenges were discussed. The team then visited the IDPs CC team to their offices where they got briefed on the work mechanism and provided some recommendations.  They assured that UNHCR will continue funding IDPs CC activities in order to provide assistances for all vulnerable families in the whole governorate. 

 

 At the end of the meeting, the visiting team expressed their deep sense of thanks and gratitude to the IDPs CC staff and highly appreciated their exerted efforts during the last period which led to an excellent performance in the implementation of the IDPs CC activities.
