YARD Implements the Transitional Shelter Installation

There are displaced families living under the shade of old tents having no life basic supplies to survive.  To support those vulnerable families and protect them from severe protection risks experienced, YARD provided them with transitional shelter where they can live safely and peacefully.
 
The implementation of the activity began on Friday, 25 Nov. 2022, as 400 transitional shelter units were installed in Al-Jawf Governorate, including 380 transitional shelter units in Khab wa Ashaf district and 20 units in Al-Khalq district.
 
This intervention comes within the activities of the IDPs Community Center, the Protection, Shelter/NFI and CCCM project funded by UNHCR in coordination with SCMCHA to serve persons of concern in Al-Jawf Governorate-Yemen.
