YARD Distributes NFI Kits to 600 IDP Families in Khabb wa ash Sha

Funded by the Yemen Humanitarian Fund (YHF), Yemen Al-Khair for Relief and Development Foundation (YARD) distributes non-food items (NFIs) to 600 displaced and affected families in Khabb wa ash Sha'af District, Al-Jawf Governorate.
Within the framework of the 2025 Emergency Humanitarian Response, and in cooperation with the Local Authority and the Executive Unit for IDPs, Yemen Al-Khair for Relief and Development Foundation (YARD) implemented the distribution of integrated shelter kits in Al-Rayan sub-district – Khabb wa ash Sha'af District, Al-Jawf Governorate.

600 displaced and affected families benefited from this activity, as the kits included:
-  7 blankets, 7 mattresses, 7 bedsheets.
-  Standard and pressure cooking pots.
-  5 plates, 5 cups, 3 soup bowls.
-  5 spoons, a knife, and a serving spoon.
-  A teapot, a basin, and a storage box.
-  2 buckets, 2 mats, and a thermal flask.
-  3 mosquito nets and a solar lighting set.


This activity comes in light of the difficult humanitarian challenges facing displaced families in Al-Jawf. It aims to alleviate their suffering and enhance their resilience, in line with basic humanitarian principles and effective response to the needs of displaced persons.
