YARD Launches the Distribution of Hygiene Kits and Water Filters for Displaced and Affected Families in Radum District

In the presence of the local community committee representative, Yemen Al-Khair for Relief and Development Foundation (YARD) launched the distribution of 350 essential hygiene kits and water purification filters to displaced and affected families in the Al-Juwairi area of Radum District, Shabwah Governorate. This response is part of ongoing humanitarian interventions designed to alleviate suffering and improve health and environmental standards for vulnerable households.
The intervention is generously supported through the WASH Cluster Emergency Stock, hosted by the International Organization for Migration (IOM) and funded by the European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations (ECHO).
The local committee highlighted the critical importance of this assistance, praising the hygiene kits and water filters for their role in providing safer, cleaner drinking water, especially given the ongoing water quality challenges in the region.
