YARD Holds an Orientation Workshop to Build the Capacity of the IDPs Community Center and CCCM Team in Kharab Al-Marashi district, Al-Jawf Gov.
Success always lies in continuous building capabilities of employees, due to its positive impact and results in improving the quality of outstanding performance.
Within the Protection & CCCM Projects funded by UHCR, and according to all precautionary measures against Coronavirus(Covid 19), YARD held an Orientation Workshop during the period from 12th to 13th of Sep 2020 in the meeting room of the IDPs Community Center in Kharab Al-Marashi district, Al-Jawf Gov., for 60 employees.
The workshop focused on a number of activities within the Protection and CCCM Projects, including Need Assessment Reports Writing and Case Management Reporting.
During the workshop, all completed/achieved activities during this year 2020 as well as the impact of COVID-19 were reviewed.
In addition, Service Providers Map was presented among all, showing the humanitarian organizations and local NGOs operating within Sa’ada and Al-Jawf HUB.
The workshop concluded with the practical application on case study and the referral required to service providers according to the Interagency Referral Standards.
