YARD Carries out the Activity of Supplying Water to a Number of Water Points in some IDPs Sites in Al-Khalaq and Al-Hazm Districts - Al-Jawf Governorate

Within the activities of WASH Emergency Response Project in Al-Jawf Governorate and with presence of SCHMCHA and local authorities’ representatives, YARD implemented the activity of supplying water to number of points in the IDPs sites in Al-Khalaq and Al-Hazm districts on Tuesday, September 15, 2020 for 4309 HHs.
 
YARD’s field team visited the supply sites in the target areas, amid overwhelming joy among the beneficiaries, who expressed their thanks and gratitude to UNICEF & YARD for the generous humanitarian gesture in alleviating their suffering. It is worth mentioning that the daily supply of water will include 82 points distributed in the districts of (Al-Hazm – Al-Khalaq – Al-Maton – Al-Maslub - Al Ghayl) and work is underway in full swing to complete the supply and installation of the remaining points in the mentioned districts.
