Within the Protection Project funded by UNHCR - the IDPs Community Center Field Teams Resume Conducting Field Assessments in Al-Jawf Governorate

Pointing out at the COVID-19 Pandemic, which had led to suspension of field assessments for the IDPs and affected communities during the past four months in Al-Jawf governorate, YARD field teams resumed field visits by 15/09/2020.  Throughout forming a time-bound plan for IDPs CC field teams, including number of districts, namely: (Al-Matammah – Al-Maslub – Az-Zaher - Barat Al-Anan - Barat Rajuzah – Al-Maton – Khab wa Ash Sha’af)

 

It is worth noting that the stoppage of field visits caused a very large gap that led to the increase of numbers of displaced and affected families, due to the continuity of conflict in Al-Jawf Governorate. In addition, the natural disasters that took place during the past few months of 2020 has lead to huge damage to most of the families, which swept away their properties, homes, and tents.
