YARD Holds Coordination Meeting for Local Authorities and Service Providers in Al-Marashi District in Al-Jawf Governorate

On Monday, Oct. 26^th, 2020, YARD held a coordination meeting for local authorities and service providers in Al-Marashi District in Al-Jawf Governorate to discuss issues related to the needs and gaps that require humanitarian aid interventions. The coordination meeting was held in YARD Community Center and was attended by Mr. Azam Al Ghaysh, CCCM Sub-Cluster Co-Coordinator, Mr. Adnan Al-Qahm, District Director, Mr. Abdulnaser Alhablah, SCHMCHA Representative, and YARD Community Center Manager. The meeting tackled issues like the CCCM project that funded by UNHCR, YARD's implemented activities in the target IDP's sites, basic needs for all target IDPs' sites, presenting the new IDPs' sites that are not included in the cluster's lists, and the extent of the service providers' intervention capacity. The coordination meeting came up with some important suggestions and recommendations that would add up to the quality to humanitarian aid interventions in the district. It is worth-mentioning that the meeting was attended by representatives of some local organizations in addition to some YARD staff.
