YARD Holds a Protection Workshop to Review the Lessons Learned of 2020 and Discuss the Protection Project Plan for 2021
On Sun. 17th of Jan. 2021, and within the context of improving the quality of the humanitarian intervention, YARD conducted a full-day workshop for the IDPs Community Center (IDPs CC) and Camp Coordination and Camp Management (CCCM) Teams as to further review the lessons learned during the year 2020 and discuss the plan for the year 2021.
During the workshop, both, the Program Manager and the Project Manager provided a presentation on the objectives of the workshop, including clear overview on the achievements, major challenges and lessons learned of 2020. As well, the projects’ team got introduced to the proposed plan for the first half of the year 2021.
It is worth mentioning that the workshop attended by IDPs CC and CCCM Key-Staff Members, the Project Manager and the Program Manager. Moreover, YARD Executive Director participated for a while and provided the team with some advices pertaining Core Humanitarian Values.
