Mr. Sebastian's and Mr. John's Visit to YARD Branch Office in Al-Jawf Governorate

On 25 November 2018, a team composed of the OCHA representative, Mr. Sebastian and Mr. John from the World Food Program, both of Sa’da Sub-office, visited YARD branch office in Al-Marashi and the new office of the IDPs Center. During this visit, a meeting was held with all representatives of local authorities, including NAMCHA.

The visit was fruitful, as the Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs and the World Food Program team met with all representatives of local authorities to look into the situation in the region, in particular, and throughout the governorate in general.

From local authorities, Ahmed Masih, head of NAMCHA at the governorate level, who attended the meeting with the director of the governor office, Mr. Dhafer Derman as well.

The governorate’s needs were discussed during the meeting in order to give the guests a very clear idea of ​​the governorate's needs and to work in a concerted effort to ensure better implementation of the proposed interventions.
