The Ninth Batch of (MPCA) Cash Assistance for 551 HHs in Al-Jawf Governorate

On Sunday, November 26, 2023, Yemen AL Khair for Relief and Development Foundation (YARD) supervised the distribution of the ninth batch of Mult- Purpose Cash Assistances (MPCA) for 551 displaced and war affected families in AL Jawf Governorate. The distribution activity was conducted in 12 districts through AL Amal Bank. The MPCA distribution activity was found very effective and considered the better choice for beneficiaries than in-kind assistance as this cash assistance enables beneficiaries access life basic needs as per their needs. They feel free to prioritize their different needs for safe life.

It’s worth mentioning that, this activity comes within the activities of the Protection, Shelter, NFIs, and CCCM project.
