With the escalation of war and conflict conditions in Al-Jawf governorate in 2020, UNHCR in partnership with YARD is in a continuous support for protection services through the Protection, Shelter and CCCM Assistance to IDPs and hosting communities in Yemen project through the IDPs CC activities. The project extended to reach all of Al-Jawf districts (Al Ghayl, Al Hazm, Al Humaydat, Al Khalq, Al Maslub, Al Matammah, Al Maton, Az Zahir, Bart Al Anan, Khab wa ash Sha'af, Kharab Al Marashi and Rajuzah).
IDPs CC provided services include Legal services, Psychosocial services and Referral services to the proper service providers. In addition to cash assistance and emergency assistance, as in NFIs and ESKs.
CCCM to IDPs and hosting communities establishes community committees to manage sites, provide awareness activities and improve sites through the implementation of maintenance activities.
